KRTS Marfa Public Radio is joined in the studio by Laura Langham, Executive Director of the Grand Companions Humane Society in Fort Davis, and shelter employee Tina Rose. Grand Companions recently participated in a large animal rescue operation in Marfa, and are now caring for over 20 additional dogs. They discuss the rescue, and the challenges of shelters in rural areas.
