The Moths of White Sands

This episode of Nature Notes brings us to the white sand dunes in Tularosa Basin, New Mexico. Generally considered an inhospitable place for life, the dunes stretch across 275 square miles of desert. Yet recent studies suggest the dunes have a greater percentage of endemic moth species than anywhere else in the continent.
