Texas Tribune "Symposium on Demographic Change" Live-Streaming Today

Today at the University of Texas El Paso, the Texas Tribune hosted "On the Road: A Symposium on Demographic Change."

The symposium featured a variety of panelists discussing how population shifts in Texas will affect policy-making and the state's political landscape (and how they already have.)

Earlier today, we shared a live-stream of the event. Some of the day's speakers included:

State Senator José Rodríguez - representing Jeff Davis, Presidio, Culberson, Hudspeth and El Paso Counties
Steve Murdock - Former Director of the US Census Bureau
George Antuna - Co-founder of Hispanic Republicans of Texas
Michael Williams - Commissioner of the Texas Education Agency

Visit the Tribune's website for more political news from across the state.
