Marfa Public Radio presents Love Begins In Deep Listening: Oral History For Everyone, a presentation by Ben Gillespie of the Smithsonian's Archives of American Art.

The presentation will explore the power of oral history to record, connect and enrich lives within and across communities. From concepts and methods to practical concerns, hear how oral histories document the past to shape the future.

The talk will take place on Thursday, August 1 at 7:00 p.m. at Marfa Studio of Arts located at 106 East San Antonio Street in Marfa.
