No human injuries in the Fort Davis blaze. Smoldering remains in town. Still getting reports of smaller fires. Roads expected to be open by 9:30 AM. Officials VERY MUCH discourage sight-seers and gapers. Only residents will be allowed. Crewes are making a house-to-house assessment. Two canteens will be arriving to provide assistance: from both the Salvation Army and the Red Cross. There is no power in town. It may be 5 days before it returns. AT&T cell service returned to Marfa. Water available in limited supply. Please make MINIMAL use of water in that area.
