Wednesday February 29 is Leap Day on Marfa Public Radio. That's one day that won't come around again for years (four years).
So, what will you hear on Leap Day? Music that we won't play again in a long time!
Send in your suggestions of songs that are guilty pleasures, off-the-wall selections, and rare album cuts to: info@marfapublicradio.org.
After Morning Edition, listen at 9:30 AM for songs not-to-be-heard-in-a-great-while. And email your suggestions for more. After Talk At Ten, at 10:30 AM, Classical Midday will feature unusual selections from Rachmaninoff and Chopin. At 3 PM, songs buried deep within the KRTS Music Library, that you will only hear on this day. Plus, at 7 PM, another hour of rare tracks and deep album cuts.
