We began talking to Rosario even before the radio station even began Internet streaming in early 2006, but it wasn't until early 2008 that Musica En Espanol began to be broadcast regularly on Thursdays at 3 PM.
Today is the last day for volunteer DJ Rosario Salgado Halpern, who is leaving KRTS to spend more time on other projects. We've enjoyed her kindess and warmth around the radio station, and we know she will be missed on the airwaves by legions of listeners.
