Thursday during the 11 AM hour, KRTS is carrying live coverage from NPR of President Obama's speech on the Middle East. Today, he is giving his first major address on the Middle East since the Arab Spring movement swept aside regimes in Egypt and Tunisia, and rocked governments in Libya, Yemen and elsewhere in the region.
