The Guadalupe Mountains National Park is often called a hiker's park. With more than 80 miles of marked trails in the mountains, hikers can find a trail suitable for them. Along the mountains' eastern ramparts, you'll find trails that lead through the foothills and springs of the Guadalupe Mountains. On the western edge of the park are steeper ascents, which will reward experienced hikers with alpine meadows and pine trees.
