Saturday, April 13, 2013: A funnel cloud hit Alpine today at 3:20 PM.

There was a sudden and intense thunderstorm, including hail and gusty winds. Sirens were heard throughout town. The funnel cloud was described as acting erratically. Several listeners called the radio station and sent photos.
