Our guest this morning is Chris Antcliff, Texas Eighth Court of Appeals Justice, Place 2. Antcliff was appointed to the seat in 2011 by Governor Rick Perry, and he's now running for the position on the Republican ticket. The Eighth Court of Appeals has appellate jurisdiction of both civil and criminal cases appealed from district and county courts in the KRTS listening area and beyond.
