There is a KRTS program on Saturday mornings that takes a closer look at classic folk music. I Hear America Singing is hosted by Ross Burns of Alpine. And for the next two weeks, you’ll be hearing the folk music of the Pacific Northwest.
On September 3 and 10, from 10-11 AM, the program will feature folk music from Alaska and the Northwest, and also the western states of California and Arizona. Mr. Burns will be making a trip through those states this Fall.
